Artworks typically arrive 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times may vary during seasonal shopping periods.
Shipping costs are a flare rate of $20.

At this time we are shipping within Canada only.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, you will be e-mailed Canada Post tracking information.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED WHAT DO I DO?
We take great care in packaging your artwork but in rare cases it can be damaged in transit. Please e-mail photos of the damaged artwork and packaging to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work as quickly as possible to get you a replacement.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept through PayPal.
Can I return my order if I’m unhappy with it?
As your order is unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know immediately and we’ll find a solution.
What if I don’t like the portrait?
We want to ensure you love the portrait of your pet! Sending us the best possible image is the first step. If we’re unable to create a great portrait from your picture we’ll let you know. If you’re delivered a portrait your unhappy with, reach out to us right away and we’ll work with you to make you happy!
How do I cancel my order?
We begin to work on your order as soon as it is placed. If you wish to cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. Unfortunately, after 12 hours orders are non-refundable.
