To help us create the best possible portrait of your pet please follow the recommendations below or review our Image Guidelines for additional information:

For best results please supply a photo that is:

• Your image should be naturally lit with NO filters applied
• Your pet should take up the majority of the photo, not a spec off in the distance
• Your pet should be looking into or facing the camera and your camera should be at eye level with your pet
• Your pet should be sitting if possible and include as much of the torso as possible
• Avoid photos of your pet lying down
• Avoid blurry or low-resolution images
• Avoid harsh downward or upward angles to your photos
